You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Employer accounts must represent a real, legitimate hiring need.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't use Virtual Assistant Connect to post fraudulent listings, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to bypass verification, contact-blocking, or plan limits. Violations may result in suspension.
4. Job Listings & Applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and cover letters. Virtual Assistant Connect facilitates the connection but is not a party to any resulting employment agreement.
5. Plans & Limits
Free-tier accounts are subject to posting and applicant-visibility limits described on the platform. Premium plans remove these limits for the duration of the subscription.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Limitation of Liability
Virtual Assistant Connect is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring results, or the accuracy of user-submitted content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Virtual Assistant Connect after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
