How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform: matching applicants with job listings, verifying identities, enforcing posting limits, sending account and application notifications, and improving the service.
Data Sharing
Employers can see applicant profile details for roles that applicant has applied to, subject to plan-based visibility limits. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Cookies & Sessions
Virtual Assistant Connect uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Data Retention
Account and application data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Your Rights
You can review and update most of your information directly from your Profile page at any time, or contact us for anything you can't change yourself.
